Background of the study: Literacy is an activity that can improve one's abilities and skills in terms thinking capability understanding information more skillfully. increase reading interest. Something develop this existence a school literacy movement aimed especially at students to be able expand culture. Purpose: This research aims find out how implement evaluate student activities Alfa Centauri High School. Method: The methods used are descriptive qualitative with ADDIE instructional design model. technique data collection was interview. informant study leader School team. Findings: results obtained SMA implements through three stages creative writing activities. Conclusion: considered have been well effectively increasing students' interests. That visible from program development, product results, achievement implemented programs.
